Following a recent successful recruitment campaign, we are delighted to announce that we have appointed three new members to our Board of Trustees. The new additions, Adam Barriball (he/him), David Bholat (he/him) and Marie-Helene Tyack (she/her), come from a variety of backgrounds and bring with them significant experience and skills in international business, economics and human resources.

Commenting on the new Board Members, Chair of Trustees Simon Millson said:
“I’m thrilled to be welcoming Adam, David and Marie-Helene to our Board. All three impressed existing Board Members with their professional expertise and their dedication to LGBTI+ rights. I know their presence will be extremely valuable as the organisation continues its work defending and advancing equality and human rights for LGBTI+ people across the world.”

Our new Trustees are:

Adam Barriball (he/him)
Adam has over 25 years’ experience working in international corporate affairs, currently Director of Business Development & Brand for Tata group across the UK and Europe. He was previously SVP on the management team of NetJets, part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway group. He has been supporting Kaleidoscope Trust’s Fundraising & Communications Committee since 2020 and is also on the board of media tech agency, Stitcht.

David Bholat (he/him)
David has over a decade of senior leadership experience at Barclays and the Bank of England. A former Fulbright Fellow and Coca-Cola Scholar, he holds degrees from London Business School, the University of Chicago, London School of Economics and Georgetown University. David is also a Non-Executive Director of London Community Credit Union, a Visiting Fellow in Economics at Essex University, and a Member of the British Library’s Advisory Council.

Marie-Helene Tyack (she/her)
Marie-Helene currently globally leads Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging at Allianz Commercial, and is the Chair of the Global Pride Board for the Allianz Group. Prior to this her career has been in HR, specifically in recruitment. She is currently based in France, and has lived in the UK, Belgium, Spain and Malaysia. She is a member of the Senior Advisory Board of LINK (LGBTQ+ Insurance Network) and sits on the Global Advisory Board of We Create Space.
