VACANCY: FINANCE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
(Part-time, 4 days per week, for a fixed term until 31 March 2021 (with possibility of extension)
Salary: £43,500 p.a. pro rata plus pension contributions
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, creative and influential NGO as we deliver our international activities championing the equality and human rights of LGBT+ people. To support this work, we now seek a hands-on Finance and Compliance Manager to join our team.
The post-holder will be responsible for leading on strengthening and streamlining Kaleidoscope Trust’s compliance and financial management and control processes and procedures, as required. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including the programmes team, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board Treasurer, to provide high quality financial data and analysis to support making strategic financial decisions at both the organisational and programmatic levels. They will ensure strong, compliant financial performance, and that the Trust’s resources deliver value for money and are being used efficiently for maximum impact. The post-holder will also liaise with the auditor on bookkeeping matters as required, and will have management responsibility for the Finance and Programmes Administrator.

To support this work, we now seek a proactive Finance and Programmes Administrator as we expand our international activities championing the equality and human rights of LGBT+ people.
The Finance and Programmes Administrator will support the Finance and Compliance Manager, Board Treasurer and programmes team with efficient and effective administration and logistics relating to the organisation’s operations and programmes.
