Kaleidoscope's second Leadership Forum Lecture

Kenyan Senate hopeful David Kuria to speak

Kaleidoscope is pleased to announce the second lecture in our Leadership Forum series, given by David Kuria.


David Kuria is the first openly gay black person in the continent of Africa to run for public office. He is standing in Kenya's Senate elections which are due to take place next summer. He is an inspirational symbol of leadership and courage for LGBT people, as he is challenging the hostile cultutal and legal attitudes of Kenya.


The lecture will take place on October 17th in the Gustave Tuck lecture theatre at University College London at 7.30pm.


This event is free to all Kaleidoscope supporters. There is limited availabilty for this event, so tickets will be issued on a first-come first-served basis.
